Manu combines his natural quality of touch and intuitive sense of the body with technical knowledge and therapeutic massage techniques to relax, ease pain and tension, and harmonize muscular and fascial holding patterns and imbalances in the body.

Manu has great respect for the human body and human experience, and is passionate about helping people experience a greater sense of health and well-being.

Manu is furthering his training in therapeutic massage at the New Zealand College of Massage, Wellington, building on previous training (in Australia and New Zealand) and a following in a family tradition in massage. (His mother Yana is a massage therapist too!).

Manu is also a yoga teacher at Hot Yoga of NZ, Wellington.

With five years experience and international qualifications from the Academy of Therapeutic Arts (Brisbane) and the Lotus Healing Centre (Dunedin), Kate offers expert experience in massage bodywork. She also assists women to release stress and anxiety related to emotional difficulties during pre/post pregnancy. In addition, Her passion lies in helping others experience the relationship between their body, mind and spirit. Kate has a compassionate heart and gifted hands. KA HUNA, DEEP TISSUE and RELAXATION MASSAGE

Adrian Williams
Massage Therapist

Adrian is a trained Ka Huna massage therapist having completed training through Mette's Institute. He is fully qulaified in Hawaiian Temple Style Bodywork 'Ka Huna', 'Lomi Lomi', the Polynesian Healing Systems, Polynesian Floor Work (fully clothed), Huna Philosophy, Spiritual Healing and Release Therapy, Counseling and Body Awareness.

The Ka Huna massage can be soft and nurturing, or deep tissue and physical and everything in between as it is a full body massage that takes at least one hour. The massage session is tailored to the needs of each client, targeting specific areas. Adrian's massage work is also exceptionally good for pregnant women (his table is equipped with a hatch that allows pregnant women to lie on their stomachs with no pressure on the baby.)

Adrian also works as a fully qualified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer specializing in Core Work, Posture and Rehabilitation.
